This policy explains what personal data MERRY processes, why, and what your rights are. The controller is the seller named below.

Data we process

• Account data: name, e-mail address, a hashed (never plain) password or your Google sign-in identifier, account settings.
• Licence and order data: purchased games, licence periods, order codes, payment status and the payment provider used.
• Game and stream data: the live stream username you connect, game settings and gift/effect configuration, and technical data needed to run the game (for the launcher: a device identifier used to protect your licence).
• Support messages you send us.
• Usage data: page views and basic technical information (browser, approximate region) through Google Analytics on the public site, and security logs (IP address, sign-in attempts).

Payments

We do not collect or store card details. Turkish orders are paid on Shopier's page. International orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: Paddle collects the payment and billing information it needs (for example name, e-mail, country, payment method) and acts as an independent controller for that data under its own privacy policy. To start an international checkout we share your account e-mail address and an internal order reference with Paddle.

Payment method by country: to preselect Shopier (Türkiye) or Paddle (other countries) on the store, our server looks up the country of your IP address in a local copy of the DB-IP “IP to Country Lite” database. No third party is contacted, the IP address is not stored, and only the two-letter country code is used for that one request; your own choice of payment method is remembered in your browser only. Why we use it

• To provide the service and your licences (contract).
• To send order, licence and account e-mails (contract) through our e-mail provider Brevo.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest / analytics).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a device cookie to protect licences, a language preference (cookie and local storage), and Google Analytics cookies on the public site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account from your panel at any time; order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Write to mustafalnbas@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our service providers (hosting, e-mail, analytics, payment providers) may process data in other countries. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
